THE UNREASONABLE WOMAN CHALLENGE

Seven videos. Seven invitations to become a little more unreasonable. Watch them all right here.

This is not the time
to be reasonable.

We’ve been taught to think, plan, optimize, and strategize our lives into place.

To be measured.
To be appropriate.
To make decisions that make sense.

And yet—

So many women are living lives that look right…

but don’t feel true.

Because what’s missing isn’t more strategy.

It’s self-trust.

There comes a moment where:

What you’ve built no longer fits.
What used to work no longer moves you.
And something deeper is asking to be lived.
That moment requires something different.

Not more logic.
Not more waiting.
Not more proof.
It requires you to become:

The Unreasonable Woman

READY? START HERE.

DAY 1: NO MORE SELF-BETRAYAL

Honesty Audit: What truth have I been softening, delaying, or editing down to keep things comfortable?

DAY 2: USE THE RESISTANCE

What is my resistance trying to protect me from? If this resistance is guarding the door, what unreasonable move is it daring me to make?

DAY 3: BREAK THE SPELL

What story keeps me loyal to a life I’ve already outgrown?

What would become possible if I stopped calling that story “reality”?

DAY 4: CLAIM WHAT'S YOURS

What did the woman on your deathbed show you matters most? Where are you still choosing a smaller life than that?

DAY 5: DROP THE WEIGHT

Where is resentment still showing up in my life?

Where do I feel it in my body?

Am I ready to forgive myself for carrying this for so long?

What becomes available when I let go?

DAY 6: OPEN THE DOOR

Practice: Keep a notebook with you.

Write down:

1. Your simple ask

Like: "Show me what I'm not seeing."

What is the next step you want help with?

Keep it clear and specific. Not your whole life. Just the next thing.

2. The signs that your prayer is being heard

Notice what happens after you ask.

A feeling. A sign. A conversation. An opportunity.

DAY 7: SET THE TONE

Morning Practice: Set the tone before the day sets it for you.

  • One thing I’m genuinely happy to wake up to today

Keep it simple. Make it real.

  • The tone I want to bring into this day

For example: Calm. Brave. Clear. Open. Steady. Pick it on purpose.

INTEGRATION

1. Who am I trying to please?

2. What am I resisting?

3. What story am I believing?

4. Is this aligned with where I’m going?

5. What am I holding onto?

6. What is the next step?

7. What can I appreciate right now?
